Skip the wait on the phone, and visit My Resolution Life today to complete the following tasks on Lifetrack policies:
- View correspondence
- View missed payments reports
- View policy information
- Request changes to the policy or raise an enquiry
- Change address details, contact details or communication preferences
- Use our chatbot or chat online directly with our service specialists
- View correspondence (please note Lifetrack policies are currently unable to view annual statements and renewal notices. Advisers will need to refer to intermedia in the interim.)

To register or login, you’ll need your username, which is your Resolution Life Adviser Code.
If you don’t remember your Resolution Life Adviser Code or if you have any issues logging in, contact us online through the chat button on our website, or call our Portal Support team on 0800 282 746, from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

To reset your password, select Set/Forgot password? on the above link
Registering for the first time?
All you’ll need to do is:
- Select the ‘Login’ tab in the top right-hand corner on our website here
- Select ‘Adviser Login’.
- Click ‘Set/forgot password?’ and follow the steps to set a new password.
- Enter your details, with your username being your Resolution Life Adviser Code.
IMPORTANT:You will need to use the complete code. If your code has a dash and uppercase letters (eg EAMGT-G), you must use the same format and make sure there are no extra spaces.
- A confirmation security code will be sent to your mobile number or email address we have on record.
- Create your new password and submit.
