Insurance quote requests will no longer be serviced over the phone. We have created a range of digital quoting solutions that will not only save you valuable time but provide you with a more convenient and seamless experience.
Depending on the product and quote required, you may be able to obtain the quote immediately. Quotes for other products will need to be requested via the quote request form in My Resolution Life and will usually be sent within 2-3 business days but may take longer if the quote is complex. Please see below for step-by-step instructions on how to lodge your quote request online.

How to make a quote request

Quotes for a new policy | Access the EasyQuote software - this software allows you to obtain a quote for a new policy or an alteration to an existing policy. By inputting relevant information such as age, coverage amount and desired policy duration you can access quotes yourself. The below products are eligible to obtain quotes

- Login to the My Resolution Life portal
- Click Chat in the bottom right hand corner to chat to us
On the Resolution Life website
- Click the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of this page to chat to us
- Type [agent] and follow the prompts to be connected to one of our consultants

What if I don't have access to My Resolution Life?
How do I onboard new staff to access My Resolution Life?
You can onboard new support staff to My Resolution Life, manage their details and activate or deactivate staff members. You also have the option of giving a specific staff member access to your portfolio. By doing this, you can create a whole-practice view for dedicated support staff members.
- Log in to My Resolution Life to set up your new staff member's access
- Once logged in, you can select [Manage] then [Adviser Staff Credentials]
- You can then send your staff member an invite by selecting [Invite New Adviser Staff] located on the right hand side of the page
- You simply need to complete some information to send your staff member an invite
- Your staff member will receive an email in their inbox - they will need to click on the link within 24 hours of receiving the email to complete their login
- Their username will be their staff email address
