Our online offering needs to reflect our relationship with you, as a product manufacturer, focused solely on servicing existing customers.

We want to make your online experience with us simple and smooth. We’ve listened to your feedback and worked with customers to understand what’s important, to make sure we deliver the service you expect, and a solution tailored to your needs that’s easy to use. We know from experience trying to deliver a perfect technology solution is complex and can take years. So, from the beginning we’ve had the goal of delivering a simple digital experience that can evolve. To help us stay true to this we used four design principles:
