We have made the decision to change our insurer financial strength rating provider from S&P Global Ratings to Fitch.
We will be focusing on two ratings agents meaning we will no longer retain an S&P global credit rating. This update also means that our Australian and New Zealand businesses are now aligned in their credit ratings and rating agencies.
This update came into effect as of Monday, 22 August 2022. Resolution Life Australasia Limited has been assigned a Financial Strength Rating of ‘A’ (‘Strong’) with a stable outlook.
What does this mean for you?
This change has been made to assist in the alignment of our businesses insurer financial strength ratings. Please note that there is nothing for you to do off the back of this announcement.
