How do I log in to My Resolution Life?
All you’ll need to do is:
- Visit resolutionlife.co.nz
- Select the ‘Login’ tab in the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Select the ‘Adviser Login’
- Click on the ‘Forgot password’ link and follow the steps to set a new password, which will allow you to log into My Resolution Life
- Enter your details, with your username being your Adviser ID
- A confirmation security code will be sent to your mobile number or the email address we have on record
- Create your new password and submit
- Note: your access to the portal, depending on demand, will normally be within minutes.
