If you've received an email from us inviting you to access AMP Life Portal, you can get access to AMP Life Portal by setting up a new password:

  1. On this website, select Login in the top right corner.
  2. In the Customer log in section, under Password, click on Set/Forgot password? – you will be redirected to a new page.
  3. Enter your username – it will the email address we’ve contacted you on previously.
  4. Click Next. We will send a security code to your mobile number. If we don’t have your mobile number, we will send the security code to your email address.
  5. Enter the 6-digit security code.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Create your new password. It needs to be a minimum of 8 characters and include at least 3 of the following 4: an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, a symbol. Please note this password can’t be the same as your last 8 passwords for the digital services offered by AMP.
  8. Click Next.
  9. In the Customer log in section, enter your username again (the email address we’ve contacted you on) and your new password.
  10. Click Login.

We will generally process your access within minutes. However, it may take us a little longer during peak times. If you haven't received your security code within 5 minutes, please click on Resend the code. If that doesn’t work or you have a question, please call us on 0800 808 267.
