  • Switch to email communication preference today

Did you know you can receive your important policy information more quickly and securely by switching to an email communication preference? When you choose this option, we email you when your policy information is available, such as annual statements and insurance renewal schedules.  You can then access the information by logging in to the My Resolution Life portal. Note that this feature is not available across all our products, but if you make the switch today, we’ll start sending them digitally when we can.

Other benefits include:

  • Quick access to all your policy information, which you can see anytime and anywhere
  • Keeping your information secure, reducing the risk of your personal information being exposed through lost or stolen mail
  • Reduce the impact on the environment with less paper, print and mail.

How to switch to email

It’s easy! If you are already registered with My Resolution Life, simply log in and select My profile → Communication preferences from the navigation menu. Select the option Preference is Email / Online. If you are not registered with My Resolution Life, visit our Help Centre - Resolution Life
