• the transfer of the New Zealand policies to Asteron Life.
We will provide a summary of policyholder feedback to the Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ) and the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) for their consideration prior to making a decision on these proposed changes.
