Update on surveys to be sent to customers
In last month’s newsletter, we let you know we’re emailing existing Resolution Life customers a link to complete a short, anonymous survey. In case you missed the update in our latest newsletter, we wanted to let you know that the survey launch was delayed and will be sent later this month to customers.
Our survey aims to gather feedback and insight regarding their experiences and expectations with Resolution Life. Further information about the survey can be found in our last customer update.
